Recently Max Braendli was employed with a Swiss enterprise for 18 months in Shanghai/China. His first assignment was the detection of an extensive fraud system in the general management of which the European parent company was pointed to by a „whistle letter“. Max Braendli clarified the entire situation of this not exactly safe assignment, changed the management and supported the new management as interim financial director. With another interim manager he mutually reappointed the management and then assumed the coaching and training of the new corporate management in Shanghai. When he released the company from his responsibility at the beginning of 2008, he was able to hand over a highly profitable manufacturing company to his Swiss client which in the meantime has even received awards.
