A “Business Unit” with Sanet in Thailand is a legal and cost-effective way to establish a direct sales presence in Southeast Asia.
The principle is simple. As your contractual partner, Sanet founds a business unit under the umbrella of its trading company. Together, we look for an employee who is hired by Sanet and exclusively employed for distributing your products. We manage and supervise “Your Man” and you provide technical supervision.
You do not have to deal with the costs of founding a company, administration and accounting. We also take care of personnel accounting and taxes fully for you. “Your Man” at Sanet focuses only on distribution. You will not incur any processing costs in Germany either.
You only compensate us for our work with an agreed fixed fee. Profits from the sales growth are all yours.

Your business unit is situated in a modern office with secretarial support, conference rooms and a kitchen. Additionally, under one umbrella we can also provide legal consulting, market research, sales support, and human resources via our sister company. We encourage every effort of experience exchange among our business units.
You can choose your workplace or your own offices for your business unit from many options.
Since 2013, we have established eight business units in Bangkok, Vietnam and Indonesia with up to 14 employees in our network today. Our business units are an interesting market entry strategy, especially in countries where there are high barriers for sales activities by foreign companies.
